Hey! I’m Tahir, and I am the creator and writer behind Grounded Explorers. Traveling is one of my greatest passions. From a young age, I have been endlessly curious about what lies beyond the horizon. Over the last 10+ years, I have been fulfilling that childhood dream, exploring destinations my childhood self could only dream of!  

My friends often joke that I’m a “walking encyclopedia” of outdoor adventure knowledge, especially hiking, in destinations across the Western U.S., Western Canada, Iceland, and Ireland. So, I decided it was time to share that knowledge with the world through this blog.
